PAYMENT POLICY Purple Banana accepts Visa, Master, Discover, Diners and JCB credit card (Purple Banana
also accepts Purple Banana Gift Certificate). You will receive the order
confirmation via e-mail after you place the order. If your selected merchandise is
out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order and we will
inform you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as
your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING POLICY Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:30 PM PST (excluding holidays) will ship
within 1-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders
placed after 2:30 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day. Orders
placed on Friday after 2:30 PM PST will begin processing on the following
Monday. We will contact you with if we need additional identification provided for
credit verification.

Domestic Shipping : Domestic orders are shipped $8 flat rate.
Purple Banana Kids offers free Shipping on orders over $150.
We use UPS Ground and USPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver
to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. If you prefer other shipping
methods, please contact us.

International Shipping : We use USPS for the international order. The receiver
will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are
subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon
receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.

***We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local
delivery errors or international customs issues.

PRIVACY POLICY Purple Banana does not sell or share any customer information with third parties.
Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy. If you
forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address.
We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a
different email address than the one used to register.

RETURN POLICY Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must
be made within 30 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone
or email within 5 days of package arrival prior to sending merchandise back, no
exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging
with a copy of invoice or receipt. Please note you are responsible for the cost of
shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will
process store credit/exchange within 5 business days. All discounted
merchandise is final sale-no returns, exchanges or store credit given.

Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 business days of package arrival.
